What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit sets the foundation for ongoing care. Here's what you can expect.

Before you arrive

  • Complete the patient intake form (we'll send it after you book)
  • Bring photo ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications
  • Bring prior records or imaging if relevant

During your visit

You'll meet with the doctor for a thorough history and physical exam. We'll discuss your concerns, review any prior workups, and outline next steps. Plan to be in the office for about an hour.

After your visit

You'll leave with a clear treatment plan, written instructions, and a way to reach us with follow-up questions. We'll coordinate any referrals or follow-up appointments before you leave.
