Preparing for an Annual Wellness Exam

Annual wellness exams are an opportunity to take stock of your health, catch problems early, and plan for the year ahead. A little preparation makes the visit far more productive.

What to track in advance

  • Sleep patterns over the past month
  • Energy levels and any unusual fatigue
  • Changes in appetite, weight, or digestion
  • Mood, stress, and anything affecting daily life

Questions worth asking

  • Are my preventive screenings up to date?
  • Are there any age-appropriate vaccinations I should consider?
  • Do my current medications still make sense?
  • What lifestyle changes would have the biggest impact on my long-term health?
